Since you probably don't use 4wd very often down in panama your cv axles will last a little longer but will still wear out it'll just take longer but if you say there isn't any damage then keep it up there.
As for your tie rods if replace them. With the stock tie rods you have a lot of slop and play in them get a set of RPG tie rods and you'll notice a good difference in the steering it'll tighten it up
