Ace Hardware $5, velcro strap

-pop the rear bed rails off * you may break a tab or two* but it will still fasten back down.

-thread your double sided velcro through the slots

-fasten shovel

It is super secure

Don't say I never gave you nothin....

Sorry, if all you cool kids are already doing this, I have never seen a Raptor mounting this way.
