Howdy y’all!
I know that the power steering is a weak point on the raptors and after blowing up 3 pumps I decided to try to tackle it. I started with the icon cooler and res which helped but didn’t solve it. What I ended up doing was buying some ebay AN6 fittings and making a all new return system. It now runs from the pump to the built in cooler, to the aftermarket cooler, through a filter, and then back to my reservoir. For the filter I used a remote oil filter mount and machined a mount for it so that it sits by my drivers side headlight. This let’s me replace the filter with just a normal oil filter and without having to get under the car. I also bought a massive cooler off eBay and cut off the stand pipe it came with. This has worked extremely well and I recommend it to everyone who blows through pumps!
Here’s the link for the reservoir I used:

Also attached is a picture of the filter set up.
Best of luck!
