Forscan - ELM 327 v1.5 - ELMConfig.exe Setup

Trying to get a grip Forscan, had an ELM in a drawer from years ago, trying to get the drivers updated and not sure which selections to make for this screen from ELMConfig.exe

Can't find a manual for it anywhere.
