I searched and seardhed and played with a few things I found....I could not find a way to allow the fog switch to be able to toggle the fogs on and off in auto mode except at night once headlights on.  May be a way, but I gave up.  Hence why I moved the fogs up to Aux switch.  Glad I did and I then connected Fogs with backlight on an S8 to use one switch.
