Fordpass - Activation Pending Issues

Hey fellas.....figured I'd try to find an answer here before I go elsewhere.

I updated my Fordpass App a week or so ago, plugged in my phone and added my truck back and clicked the button to activate it.

However, I'm getting the "activation pending" icon on the app and the authorization button is not appearing on my phone (iPhone) or dash???

Anyone had this issue and how'd you resolve?

go out to the truck...ignition on....motor off...try re sending the conformation

Hmm.....I'm not getting the "option" to resend the request. My Fordpass app just says...."Activation Pending - Your activation will be completed once an authorized user approves your request."

Turns out I had 2 accounts with Fordpass (don't know how that happened). Anyway....after some time speaking with a Rep....all is good now.
