Anybody else having trouble with the Ford tracker site not loading or stating you entered the incorrect order number or VIN???

yep, it's a regular occurrence with ford's site.

It's a rarity that the tracking site works at all for me.

Doesnt work most of the time, but works for sure. Keep trying!!

It's awful. Even when it does work it offers next to nothing since you still need to check with FP or the dealer to get something accurate. Maybe it's more accurate after it's built and when it ships... we'll see. But from what I've seen (when it actually works), is pretty useless.

When you say FP, is that a texting session with Ford Pass, or something else?

FP = Ford Performance. You can call into them or use the chat feature on the FP website to chat with them.

It works better during the day. Checked mine a hour ago it was working. It’s up and down, which seems weird for an automated system. Not like someone is imputing the data from 8-5. Cannot get good help these days. Even the computers will not work.

I just tried it and it’s working now
