Wondering if it fixes that dead spot at the bottom of 4th gear. Or is that just me?

I think that's the torque converter lockup. Wish it wasn't so noticeable. Wonder if the tune has any effect.

Are we talking about the same thing? It’s when you ease into the throttle and happen to be at the bottom of 4th gear and there is a slight delay in response. Doesn’t seem like it has anything to do with torque converter lock up. Seems like a tuning issue. Correct me if I’m wrong.

Does it help with downshifts in gears 1-3? Mine is so clunky at low speeds Im about ready to trade it in.

Compared to a CAI I guess but that’s a pretty low bar. I was simply saying that I didn’t notice much of a difference in a 5,800 pound truck. My opinion, nothing more.

Aprox + 5% hp and 10% torque…..I would say the 20% range is where people definitively say yes it’s noticeably faster.

My powertrain felt sloppy and clunky and delay in throttle response. After installing mine today and from a very small sample size the transmission doesn't seem to be confused of what gear to be in anymore. The throttle response delay is gone now and with only light throttle the power comes on quicker. The truck feels in sync and smooth now. If everything stays like this i will be every happy with this purchase!

Agreed. Def worth $615 from Lethal and retaining over the air updates, for me anyway.

Transmission program is software. Needing an upgrade to be decent is bogus. Next thing you know it will be a yearly subscription.

I have the procal tune on my Braptor too and it’s not as linear feeling as the F150 tune. Seems to hold gears too high too long….IMO. The raptor just clicks em off and keeps pulling. The Braptor curtains pulls hard however.
