Is the Ford Factory Alarm a dealer installed only item or does it come with some option packages?

I would only be interested in an alarm that utilizes the factory remote keys and the factory remote start. Is that an option?

Yepp...the OEM Alarm from Ford will use the factory keys to unlock/lock/arm the Raptor and also still retain the OEM/stock remote aspect incorporated into the key...

I actually had this installed when I first got the Raptor and kinda regret not going the VIIPER route:Stupid Me:

Heyy Noah,

Was reading up on the Viper Smart-Start app in the apple app store, and was wondering what the AUX channels control?(can you control the OEM Raptor AUX switches??)

In the description it states that

-Lock/arm
-Unlock/disarm
-Trunk release
-Panic or car finder
-AUX channels

Thanks in advance dude!!

you can have it control whatever you want really. its just a matter of how much interfacing it requires. the aux channela are 200ma (-) triggers, so it is enough to power a relay. if that relay happens to be connected to your aux switches then you could definitely control whatever is connected there
