For those of you that have covered beds, is there a solution that can be installed across the bottom and up the sides of the tailgate to minimize the dust from entering the bed area? Now that I have a camper shell it almost acts as a scoop for any and all the dirt on the road.

Retrax offers this tailgate gasket that goes all around the edge. :waytogo:

Accessories | Retrax

When driving a pickup truck equipped with a truck bed cover, a vacuum is created inside the pickup truck bed. This vacuum will pull debris into the pickup box through the truck bed tailgate gaps. The Retrax™ tailgate gasket will prevent dust, snow, water and exhaust fumes from being drawn in at the bottom and sides of the tailgate; the Retrax™ truck bed cover overlaps and seals the top of the tailgate. The Retrax™ tailgate gasket utilizes an outdoor 3M double-faced tape that is heat bonded to the rubber seals and is very easy to install. If your pickup has a topper, fiberglass lid, canvas cover or Retrax™ pickup bed cover, do yourself a favor and invest in a Retrax™ tailgate gasket.

I have a Bedrug and still get lots of stuff inside. And I put some stick-on black gasketing from HO's (Home Depot/Lowe's) that helped but didn't seal it as well as hoped.

You can always seal the big ass gap at the front of the bed, if you have a bed cover.

It helped with dust in my bed at TRR, should have sealed up junk recon taillights too..

Ha! That's what I call Lowes - HOwes - cause there are always some hot HOs in there!!! Especially in the lamp and lighting section!

when i rip down logging roads here all the dust doesnt enter through the top of my retrax or the tail gate. if i stand on my bed i can see the road on the bottom through the crevises.
my solution for this... everytime i go out i take everything out and throw a big tarp enough to cover the whole floor of the bed. then stack my shit on there.
i know its a cheap way of doing it but my bed is fked up... even after being lined x'ed if i sink the bottom of the truck in water the water will start coming up into the bed.
a few times ended up having more mud inside my bed than on the truck

yea, what the deal with gaps between the front wall and bed floor? I would have thought they would be sealed.
