Hello all!
In negotiations for a 2013 or 2014 Raptor. May order 2014, but may take a 2013 in inventory.
Bought a Tacoma a couple of years ago. I made the economical decision back then - we had just had our first child.
But, since then, I've always lusted after a Raptor. Especially as I started seeing more in my area.
Never bought American. Never saw something that I wanted to own. That is until Ford put out this beauty.
Loved modifying my cars. My M3 was boosted. Low boost was around 375ish to the wheels. Race gas plus turning up the boost I could get almost 450 to the wheels. My Evo was the same way.
Loved taking my cars up to Summit Point. I'm a road course kind of guy and went to the track whenever I could.
Sold my cars when my daughter was born. That was a sad moment!
But, happy days are here again. I'm going to get the truck I wanted in the first place. It's great out the box!
Down the road an SC will probably find it's way under the hood.
But, I'm going to take my time building this guy and go the other extreme. I want to build a truck that would be able to handle all out runs in the Baja!
Will I ever be able to use this truck at 10/10. Probably not. But, I'll look pretty damn good trying!
