No trimming on the Gen 3. Took 3.5hrs and the last hour was me just wedging it up into place with a jack. I noticed an immediate difference in drivability. Even the idle isn't as rough now. I live in Texas and the heat is just brutal so I added it to take some stress off the motor; no tune as of now.
