My iconic silver raptor was delivered two days ago and I drove it straight to the dealership after finding trans fluid (I think) all over my driveway. This truck came with 50 miles and I put 20 miles on it, THIS IS INSANE. If anyone from Ford is lurking these forums...you guys need to do better. Also working with my dealership to try to replace my heavily creased seats.

I wonder what the process of QC is for trucks now that they get shipped offsite for chip or part holds.

Do they get a final inspection before getting sent to the field? Do they do final inspection after the chip hold is released? Obviously they are missing a ton of QC issues so there is a fault in the process.

A guy on g14 forum (if I’m remembering correctly) got a truck in and they are having to send it back because it isn’t what he ordered. Dealer had to install a new gauge cluster already but still has to send it back. Another guy is saying his truck sat so long that the powerboost batteries failed due to discharge

Yikes! My seats are a little bit loose looking but it’s not too bad. Iconic don’t have the best track record with paint quality 10E65A94-1354-40AE-92E5-09C469CB539E.jpeg

My dealer's backed up but they've been super easy to work with but I'm sure the trans fluid is just a loose plug? In regards to the seats they have to run it by corporate to make sure they can replace the covers but it sounds like it shouldn't be an issue.

The paint on this truck is definitely not great either...
