You should offer this as a service through your shop. It really is a game changer. Removing the need for glass fenders for many and the quality of the output is fantastic. Certainly beats most versions of this which look like a bad attempt at carving a Jack Skellington jack-o-lantern.
I Would be glad to do it for anyone in the Phoenix area.

Whole job I would think. But I'm capable of cutting and bending stuff I just don't have epoxy or a tig

So those panels are aluminum not steel? What filler metal did you use?

I have ER5356.. compatible with Ford's alu?
