FENDER FLARE QUESTION

Hi, I am pretty sure there is a forum about this somewhere. I am looking to change the fender flare on the driver's side of my 17' raptor. It's kind of scuff up and I would like to change it in the near future. My question is does the fender come painted from factory if I order it online or does it come unpainted and I would have to get it painted by my local bodyshop? Your help would be appreciated.
