He states in the video this is not something that can be done by the user or the dealer. To change it back, he altered the APIM module "data" on a bench setup, which is out of my league. It seems it is not something that can be changed via an update file. This does not make sense to me since an update disabled it. The only catch might be some comments that updates cannot be reversed.
