Just had my truck in to have the entire ACM module otherwise known as the radio replaced by Ford. I had issues with the phone not connecting a few weeks ago with bluetooth. The main problem I had was the Sirius channels below 131 were not being received and I kept getting a screen saying unsubscribed. My dealership tried obtaining numerous reactivation signals and master resets and still nothing. Praise to them for the speedy service! They ordered the unit yesterday and I got it installed and out the door today.
