Exterior door handle replacement

Has anyone replaced the exterior door handles? How difficult is it? I had the door panels off installing sound dampening material and was wondering what it would take to replace them.

Does anyone know if the Jen Tres ( ’21-’22 ) improves the resistance to this easy break in?
