Exhaust system or local shop.

I would like to get a touch more sound out of my truck mostly when getting on it, but need no drone at speed as this is our primary road trip vehicle.

Can I have a local shop just slap in a different muffler or do I really just need to wait and get a full cat back.

for what you want you would probably be all right with just a muffler.
