I took it to my dealer. Lucky me, the regional Ford engineer was there. He heard it and said not normal. They ordered a new exhaust and it should be here later this week.

Mine will go away momentarily after a cold start sequence then come back after a minute or so. I also have a weird vibration at idle while in drive, but I suspect that's another unrelated issue.Mine seems to have gone away. Anybody else have there's come and go?
Same here. I had mine replaced about 1 month ago. Its rattling just like before.I had my exhaust replaced a few months back for the rattle. It's already back again.

Some 2021-2022 F-150 Raptor vehicles built on or before 06-Jun-2022 may experience a rattle noise from the exhaust near the exhaust tailpipe actuators. This condition does not affect vehicle durability and no additional diagnosis or service is required for this condition at this time. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle, and engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected in September 2022. Replacement of the muffler will not resolve this condition. Monitor OASIS for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available. |
noticed mine is getting more pronounced. Built 3/28, 1500 miles on truck.Ford released a service message today regarding this issue.
