Message: <blockquote data-quote="Burt" data-source="post: 2094181" data-attributes="member: 46077">on my 23 they first replaced the spring and/or actuator and that didn't fix it so they replaced the entire exhaust all the way out to the tips.  I asked if I could keep the old exhaust so I could put the last section on my R and get rid of the 2 resonators but they said they had to send the old exhaust back to Ford - it sounded 100% better after that, quiet was really quite and baja sounded better, I had driven it thousands of miles not knowing it wasn't working properlyon my R it has a rattle only at cold start up then goes away for the most part after its warm but at moderate to WOT it has a terrible rattle type noise - dealer ordered a new exhaust for it and am waiting for it to arrive at the dealer - I really want to get those resonators off the back end of it</blockquote>
