Everyone’s concerns could be minimized by a simple thing called communication/follow-up.

Did you end up getting a refund or doing a chargeback? Idk how they stay in business unless it’s just a side thing for them and they don’t care.Reading through the screen shots of text messages it was eerily similar to texts I have on my phone. Same excuses, same re-directs, same "cant find your email" And my experience was before the big move..lol
All the same B.S.
Normally CC companies are on your side in my experience. I’ve only done a couple thoughAfter we returned to Snoball, I sent Doug a follow up email with concerns to the bumper.

I have not heard back from Doug since he last email in February. I sent him an email earlier this week that he has until Friday to give me an update on my bumper or he can provide me with a refund and I’ll ship the original bumper back to him. Otherwise I’ll be filing a dispute with my credit card company. I’m not sure if they’ll do anything since several months have passed by but it’s worth a shot.
