engine tap. cam phaser? anyone else?

Hello had a recent surf trip with truck and another Gen2 was there. my truck has a tap which I thought was a waste gate rattle! Did little research and it does not seem to be same sound as the Cam phaser others have had but could be (I'm not an expert) trying to get some thoughts or opinions. thanks

no loss in performance; truck pulls strong! had no issues in sand etc. all good
