Update: I dropped my truck off at the dealer last Wednesday 2/13 and I was provided a loaner. It helped I had a video of the rattle on my phone since the rattle was barely present when the service advisor checked it out after driving 30 miles and restarting on flat ground shortly after arriving at the dealer. I also asked the service advisor how many Gen 2 Raptors he’s seen come through with this reported rattle and he said this was his first. This dealer is also one of the largest in the Dallas - Ft Worth area.


As of yesterday, Saturday 2/16, the assigned technician still has not gotten to my truck. This was expected and I would not have tried to get my truck checked out without confirming a loaner would be provided ahead of time.
