Do you mean you cannot play a DVD on the MFT nav screen? Or are you talking about the head rest DVD players that are available as an accessory?

How would I go about watching movies? I have an iPod touch

Put the movies you want onto the iPod Touch (obviously) and then use this cable ( Apple Composite AV Cable - Apple Store (U.S.) ) to connect the iPod to the A/V jacks in the console.

I don't have my Raptor yet but I assume you won't be able to watch movies while driving without having a NAVTV or LockPick installed.

nope. video gets locked out as well as nav functions, unless you have a bypass installed.
