Mine says REBILL also. http://www.windowsticker.forddirect.com/windowsticker.pdf?vin=1FTFW1RG5HFA21613 My Raptor build date was pushed back 4 days from 10/16 to 10/20. I'm guessing it's something related to that. REBILL supposedly means the dealer is rebilled?
