I made this door sill cover this is for the paint where people drag their feet in and scuff up the paint. This does not replace the plastic cover along the door trim. I lazer etched raptor on it to see how it came out. It is a little light and I might change the way it looks but it is very subtle on .050 polished stainless to resist any rusting. Let me know what you think or ideas to change things around on it. This is for the painted area around the door edge to protect it...

I like that look a lot. How is it attached, with high strength double sided tape?

20 pound 3m 2 sided adhesive tape.

Stainless so it comes in one color but I like the green trim idea.. but you get to a time where you see to much green..

I have one extra set my truck fits perfect 2012 Supercrew this fills in the painted area of my door sill to stop the scuff marks... I might try to make some more of the weekend....

You should try it on a pice of scrap I bet it would look killer. Put down some paint and try warping it off like you spilled, it will stay in the grove. Dose that make sense?

That looks damn good. Not sure what the cost is or how easy it was for you but there is some potential to sell those to the guys here and you could put them on eBay. I'd buy them.
