Does design-signs answer emails??

I've sent 2 emails about products and have yet to get a response (2 weeks and 1 week ago).

Contact via Facebook and Josh will respond very quickly. Never seems to take a day off. Has messaged very promptly. Just guessing if you sent a pm I could see it getting lost with all the notifications when people like or mention a vendor on the forum.

i just remember reading that he wasnt getting messages here on frf due to technical issues. he said he just sorted it out.
