Is it a good deal? If you're getting it for a great deal and don't mind the effort/cost to clean it up and rebuild the shocks, then it's worth it. There is a lot of money in that setup and the bump pads look like they are brand new which means it wasn't thrashed all that much. Just lacked maintenance.
Also, if you buy the truck, pull the upper and lower arms and replace the heims/uniballs. Guarantee those are pitted based on the rest of the pics.
Pulll the arms and shocks, send out the shocks, repaint the arms, replace the balls.
Sand off easy spots of rust on the frame, wet medial blast other areas and then repaint.
Anything that actually wheels needs touchup paint on the frame and running gear.
I hit areas with just a pressure washer and even that takes off loose paint and rust.
Then I use the blaster at problem areas, spray it with phosphoric acid etc and then repaint with a rust stopping primer and a top coat. .
