It's not just Ford. We bought my wife a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L back in January. Had it until 7/31 and it was in the shop over 50% of the time for several issues. Moisture in tail lights, panoramic sunroof glass that didn't line up (had to replace sunroof) and then a draw on the battery they couldn't track down.FCA did right and cut us a check and gave us an employee discount to offset the depreciation and get us in a new one, but it took several months to get there. The new one has been much better quality than the first.This is our 8th Jeep and with the exception of the one we bought in January, they'd all been issue free.
