Thts a bummer man sorry to hear it. I've heard a few others had the same issue with them that's why when I went with the cutout I got the badlanzz kit plus they have a 5 year warranty on their cutout others dont

I had the DMH and they shipped within 2 days.

I then sent it back and went with Badlanz due to the warranty, customer service and "fit/finish" of their product.

DMH cutout appeared to be a bit of a hack job on the "Y" pipe.

Just my $.02...

Im going Badlanz as well. Im thinking this is the next mod. Where did you guys mount ur switch?

I put mine on the back side of the auxillary switch panel. That way you can't see the hack job I did with the dremel making that ****** hole.

100% out of view and easy to reach...

Ive been running DMH cutouts on my goat for years now. Any time that I did have an issue Dave was more then helpful to address it. I have the "low profile" style that welds into the mid pipes.

I would try to give him a call if you are still waiting on your order. To me, if he is that busy he must be doing something right with his products...

I called DMH after trying to order through the DMH site. The guy that answered the phone said they were havin problems with the site. So I ordered the low profile he asked what vehicle I was installing on, when I said Raptor he said ok no prob you need a longer cord. Halfway through the conversation I could hear an air compressor turn on in the background, Its clear he not a huge operation with a front office to answer calls and take orders. fine by me I like to support small biz. just give them a call to check on your order

i got my DMH and love it, no problems so far, and mounted my switch behind the upfitter switches too. i hear hes tough to get ahold of on the phone, but when you do he takes care of his customers.
