Thanks guys, I will strip it down tonight and look.

Key with deer is not to hit them while on brakes, even gentle accelerator is key - keep the nose high. Yes I did get very lucky, glad it happened in this truck versus a sports car

RE insurance, I have a $1k deductible, this so far looks like a 500 fix to me

Maybe you should take the money you would spend on replacement parts and invest it in a aftermarket bumper where you don’t have to worry about it happening again. ADD bumpers are known for having little to no damage after hitting wildlife and fender benders (car wrecks).

I know someone who got hit today on the highway in Jacksonville, FL. The rear end is destroyed.

I would also check the intercooler if the grill and skid plate were pushed that far back , i would guessitimate that the intercooler may have taken a bend. I bent mine off roading so they bend pretty easy....

I would also venture to say the bumper is bent from the look of the pic, youre skid plate is dunso!

Final tally

Front section of bumper is done
Underlying bracket that ties bumper to frame rail is done
Rubber around intercooler is a bit bent but its soft so I am going to see if I can just remold it right

Luckily frame, intercooler, underlying other brackets all look square

So its ~600 in parts for OEM, or upgrade as the decision

I just wonder...have you guys bought Auxbeam F-16 series led headlight bulbs before? I'm looking for a set of headlights for my Ford. The budget is under $100. I googled a list of headlight bulbs and F-16 was on the top 10 list...But I haven't bought this series before...Anyone who can give me some advice? Thanks~

Replace the skid plate. It's aluminum. It will have stretched. You will never get it back into decent shape to reuse.
