I have the rpg stage 2 on my truck. I recently had a pair of deaver +2s put on my raptor. The leaf "spring clips" are traveling up far enough to hit the stage 2 bracket and then bottoming out on the stage 2 bracket bolt.

Any suggestions on fixing this? My understanding is that these clips prevent the leafs from spreading apart.
Should i relocate the spring clips?
or grind the head off the bolt and tack it on the opposite side?

Huck, how long has yours been rubbing and have you torn anything up?

Since it is rubbing towards the rear of my truck, I am thinking about moving the clips towards the axle and hopefully clear everything.....

Mine just have impact marks on the bolts for the stage 2. Although it appears that it's the leaf itself that's interfering with the bolt heads. Mines been that way since the whole thing was installed and after one trip to the dunes

Incase someone else has this problem, I got an Email back from Deaver. They said remove the clip and everything will be fine.
