Deaver problems

I'm new here and still learning, Deavers, etc. On the F150 forum there are a couple threads on leaf spring noises. Check this out, not sure if it will help you or not.

Three things -make sure the two bolts that hold the spring pack together are tight. Re torque the u bolts and get a can of Amsoil MPHD metal protectant and soak them in between the springs. Get the spring to move some/ articulate and it will soak in good. Three sets of Deavers now and well over 200k miles no rust or noise issues after loosing spring pack and soaking them prior to install.
