Deaver +2 or +3??

From what I've been told, +2 = stock height since you're removing the blocks, and +3 is 1" over stock height.

I'm pretty sure they do not (in their standard offerings) but I'm sure that Jeff and Brian and the guys at Deaver would custom make some for you if you want.
