Death Valley

Just got back from 4 days in Death Valley. Went with our friend in his built Jeep. On the way we did Titus Canyon. That started with some high speed desert running and then descended into the canyon.

Our first shock was the price of fuel, since we were planning on running over 500 miles in the valley.

On day we did Marble Canyon and Mosaic canyon.

A side trip to Artist Canyon.

We did Warm Springs canyon where we saw some wildlife and an old Borax mine.

Then we did Rainbow Canyon, which is a pilot training canyon. Very cool The nickname of the canyon is Star Wars canyon. It was a great, but expensive trip.
