I’m sorry I’m sorry. I’m trying to be positive… this has been the most frustrating process

You ain't kidding man. I thought this would be exciting waiting to get my new Raptor and it has been everything but exciting. Well, it was exciting for about a few weeks and that excitement was quickly extinguished when my build day went from Aug 9 to Sep 10, at that point it was doomed.

My dealer checked it about 10 days ago, unfortunately, my truck is sitting there waiting for chip.
The dealership I ordered from got 2 raptors in Early and Mid October, both belonged to the dealership owners. I guess they have priority over us peasants...

I wonder if the palsapp would even update to flat rock. it's a long shot but i just thought of that while doing my routine checks, still says dearborn. that'd be one pissed driver if he showed up at the wrong plant
