Normal ******** when you take anything to a dealer...I have my truck serviced under extended warranty for telescopic steering not working, also told them to check out rear clanking noise as per TSB....Well the service advisor was trying to sell me new drive shaft, saying it was bad...lol What a moron, trying to charge me $1400 to replace it. The master tech that works there is a customer of mine. He just ended up performing the TSB free of charge.

Just curious as we know you didn't need a drive shaft but if you have the Ford extended warranty why would the Service Advisor say it would be $1400? Would it not be covered under the extended warranty considering its the drivetrain and just be your deductible, whatever what that might be?

Since your in NJ, do yourself a favor and go to Axle Exchange and get a new yoke.
You can just drive there and they'll switch out the yoke and rebalance while you wait.
They have sold thousands of 1000HP driveshafts for the Raptor through my post and JDM.
Call ask for Mark, tell them you saw it on the forum.
