I am running a Blackvue 970 LTE with a backup batteries. Camera is powered by the batteries and the batteries are powered\charged by the the fuse box in the passenger footwell when the truck is on.  I work night and my truck sits in the parking lot of the hanger I work in. With this setup I can live view the cameras and get notification Via my cell if anything triggers the cameras. With the Blackvue App.
