looks like your rear fender is dented too...or weird angle?

Yes it is. Wow I got to hand it to State Farm this accident occured today at 3PM Central Time and their agent just called and as asked where I would like to take it. I told him and he looked it up one of their preferred vendors he said take it in they will take pictures , fix it to my liking, and 100% warranty the work for the life of the vehicle. Now thats good insurance no money or claim out of my pocket. You go State Farm. Also said they would 100% detail the entire truck.

glad everyone came out unharmed.

go buy a custom bumper!

and people really seriously need to learn how to drive on snow... nothing bugs me more while driving. seriously. its not that hard.

We haven't had much snow so it was almost like that first snowstorm where people realize they no longer have traction. Saw about 5 accidents in my area real icy snow that salt doesn't even work real great on. They need that other shit that I forget the name that works in all tempertures

calcium chloride? i know that stuff supposed to melt up until -20F.

just glad everyone is ok, sucks about the damge tho.... and yeah for the aftermarket, you might have to have the shop give statefarm their estimate for everything, and then get a price, like from ADD, Wicked or SDHQ. then you would probably have to pay them the difference between what state farm is paying out for stock and what they get the bumper for. im sur eif you talk to the shop they will know how to go about all that and who knows, might get creative with the billing to get you covered...... not that i would ask that... unless you know them real well.... and they may not do that... but you know... you can always hope atleast

we got probably 3 or 4 inches right now, it would be more it was comming down in huge ass flakes, but early on alot of it started melting off for the first like hour, then it started to stick. i havent really been out there, but i bet its pretty slick underneath the snow.

oh yeah, i only knew the calcium chloride cus last snow storm i used up the last of my salt, been meaning to go to menards and get more, and saw they had that stuff for i think $20 for a 50lb bucket and was thinking of getting it.
