Crazy weird sound...help!

so this is happening when i shift from 3-4 in either M or D, happens on upshifts and also on down shifts (not as loud and long on the downshift). Seams to be happening more once the truck is warmed up. Sounds like a grinding/rubbing/slipping type of sound. Truck has 30K miles on it.

Sounded like an exhaust rattle to me... but what do I know...

It does sound like an exhaust rattle, but it's strange to only happen on the 3-4 shift (they're usually an issue at a certain RPM...)
Have you gotten under for a good look and banged around on everything which might have some give? Any work lately on the truck?

Didn't get under the truck...kinda weird it happens at a shift point tho...nothing done recently

Haha! What did I tell you before...I'm drunk and to lazy!!! It's beer time...unless you are picking up dogs and dropping off kids...or is it the other way around!!!
