Was on holidays showing off the truck to some friends and cooked the power steering pump. it was +33 that day and + 38 with the humidity but really wasn't pushing the truck to hard but the end result was a cooked pump. had some oil loss and is a real bitch to turn at idle when hot but not bad when cold. so going to take truck to dealer on tues to get fixed. after they fix it going to upgrading just wondering if any body has got the Howe setup and what they think about it.

I had mine warranty replaced in August as well. For the abuse I put mine through over two years it help up pretty good for being the same pump they put on all their other vehicles... (trucks, etc).

Damn that sucks! Mines still going strong as hell! Been over 3 years of hard abuse lol did you still have the stock PS reservoir. I know my pump definitely got a lot quieter when I put the RPG ps reservoir on it and smoothed out the steering. I know the pumps will cook pretty good when off road from cavitation and all.

You could try this and increase your fluid capacity and cool it down also for around $50.

Where did you learn that the 2013 stock PSR was updated?

What he said!

Raptor911, I'm starting to see these trucks all over Northern VA now. Was on 28 near Centerville and stopped at a traffic light. The guy beside me was asian driving a 2011 Raptor. Don't see that too often.
