Cobb SF air temp sensor loose

Just installed the Cobb sf (the hell does sf stand for?) intake:
The air intake temp sensor seems to fit a little loosely. It’s not gonna fall out but it def wiggles a bit. Is that normal or am I missing something?

Should I silicon around it to make sure it seals?

Mine threads in. Lined up the notches and spun it in. 2020 with Cobb intake

I sent a vid to goose and he said a little wiggle was normal. Kinda expected a more precise fit for a $450 piece of pipe.

I have the Cobb intake and mine is a little loose as well. Been running for 3+ years and never had an issue.
