The Accessport holds you stock tune. If you ever need to go back to stock the Accessport will put it back on the truck for you

Being there would be only 15 or so Key cycles, would that still not raise questions for a 2019??

Nope, this has been tried and tested several times. The dealer has to see more than a few key cycles for them to pass some sort of initialization. If they see them then everything is good.

I would hope that Ford would fix the phasers regardless of a tune since it's a well known issue and isn't tune related.
