[QUOTE="slater, post: 1987239, member: 31753"] Update 12/22 I was in on the 18th for 30k mile svc, work order attached. Tech found a few things that were "loose" (see work order attached), that being said I still get the noise in the rear that isn't right. Does the quoted use of the Chassis ears look correct? Should I just take my ball and go home? (this can't be how this truck was designed to operate). Is there another way to confirm shocks are faulty or do I just need to try my luck at another dealer? Update # 2, 1-8-24 Last week I went in and asked my svc mgr. to do me a solid and ride along with me. Sure enough he hears the clunk noise, dropped truck off this morning for his best tech to spend some time with truck. He took tech on same route we did and the tech confirms noise. They come back to me with 2 pictures of the rear shocks, the top pic is drivers side, the bottom pic is the passenger side. They seem to think the passenger side bump stop is not in the correct place and is causing the issue. Then goes on to say, " we are not 100% for sure this is what is causing it but its a possibility". So they are proceeding to warranty replace passenger side shock. Any thoughts?
