I had my shocks diagnosed back in March. the determined the rears are bad but there is no ETA. Ford Exec Customer service Tarita Johnson has been following up and looking to expedite the shocks to the dealer. I do believe all 4 need to be replaced as they all feel the same but waiting on better ETA before I got back and pay another Uber ride 30 min away
