They're response was that the tech even test drove a new raptor off the lot and the two trucks drove the same.Received an email from the service rep about 5 mins after leaving the dealership and after she read the SSM asking if I could bring the truck back in so the "tech" could spend "more" time with my truck. So.....I'm assuming they realized that I'm not on crack and might actually be telling them something they didn't know and now want to put chassis ears on!Going back in Tuesday with fingers crossed "we" can get to the bottom of this! Because I absolutely love my truck....but, the clunking is driving me nuts and ****** me off a little more everyday. As I've stated to the dealership....this is my 3rd raptor and this issue is certainly NOT normal!I'll let everyone know how my next visit turns out.In the meantime, if there's any Ford rep's lurking on here....feel free to DM me for assistance in this matter.</blockquote>
