Cloth part of raptor seat, cleaning

I am uncertain what type of material the cloth part surrounding the leather seats is made of and if it is coated or not? The question is when it has some spots on it from things is there something recommended to clean it or is it coated so just clean with water. It seems to be a almost see through material with some type of comb material underneath it. Just not certain what to us to clean it when needed for dirt etc.

That was a very difficult process and I also face this when I have stylish juice wrld pants then I face that.
