Yeah I asked the question because I did not have much confidence in my dealer.  And no they did not do a PDI. in fact I had to remind them to get my plates, user manual and nav card.

What is really shocking is this dealer sells a lot of SVT VEHICLES. The had several Cobras and 6 raptors on the lot for sale.

Now though I have conflicting info in this thread about if this plastic stays or not.
