Kooks Headers is one of the go to names in premium exhausts and headers. As you may, or may not know, they have an awesome system for the 6.2L Raptor.
The system starts with all 304 stainless Tig welded headers. These headers come with hand ported primaries, merge spikes, and merge collectors. For a leak free seal to your Kooks Y-pipe, or catback, they use Kooks signature ball and socket design. These headers come in either 1 3/4" for mild/ bolt on builds or 1 7/8" for high end builds and superchargers.
They also offer a 304 Stainless Y-pipe to connect to your stock, or after market catback. This Y-pipe can be had with no cats, high flow race cats, or Kooks exclusive GREEN cats (which don't throw check engine lights)!
Lastly, they offer a full 304 stainless true dual catback that connects directly to their headers. This catback sounds awesome, and looks mean with great 4" double wall tips available in polished or black ceramic coated.
